Overview

densepage ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name and email address via Clerk, our authentication provider.

Uploaded files. PDFs you upload are sent to our generation pipeline for processing. They are not stored after your request completes.

Usage data. We collect standard server logs (request timestamps, file sizes, processing times, error rates). Logs do not contain the contents of your uploaded documents.

How we use your information

• —To authenticate you and manage your account.
• —To process your PDF uploads and generate cheat sheets.
• —To monitor service health, diagnose errors, and improve the product.
• —To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset) via Clerk.

File retention

Uploaded PDFs are held in memory only during processing and discarded immediately afterward. Generated cheat sheets are returned to you directly and are not stored on our servers. We do not retain the contents of your documents.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing densepage@gmail.com. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
